Do NOT use this company for insurance. They screwed us over so bad, our representative was difficult to get ahold of, continued to use the excuse of their phone line being down. Took forever to email us back. They are supposed to be experts in insurance but they are FAR from that. We went through them to insure our house and in-law suite. And every detail over 2 year was met with big mistakes and the monthly rate continued to increase every year. When we finally cancelled we were still charged a large amount of money without any good explanation. Then when speaking with the representative she took forever to get an answer and she never really did and basically told us there is nothing she could do. This company steals from its customers. Do you research and look elsewhere.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I requested a quote for our two cars from Craig Phelps two weeks before my insurance expiry date. I was waiting for my car inspection to finalize the policy. The original quote was around $5,000 for both cars. Three days before my current insurance expired, I asked Craig to send the contract for just one car instead. He then sent a new quote — $5,000 for one car. It turned out he had entered the wrong driving history and ignored my request to include our international driving history, which I had clearly mentioned from the start. This meant the original quote I relied on was incorrect. While trying to resolve this, my whole family had to rely on Uber every day. I searched for other insurance options but eventually asked him again to send the contract. This time, he said the insurer might require a higher deductible and that he needed to check with them. We waited another three days for an update. When I finally called to follow up, I learned he had been away from the office for a week without telling me. In the end, I got insurance from another company — but only after spending about $900 on Uber over two weeks. I usually do not give bad reviews, but I don’t want someone else to end up in the same situation I did.

I had an amazing appointment with Emma and insured my father vehicle with low payment and great deal! I recommend everyone to see her she’s gorgeous and easy to communicate.
