If you don't have anything better to do with your day and want to piss away your time this is the best company to go with. i rarely ever write reviews unless things are truly unexceptional... was on hold for about 5 hours for the second time - i was excited and ready to go with the quote that i was given last time when i was waiting for 4 hours and 30 mins. i get on with the same women, not sure of her name but she was nigeran. you can tell she simply hates her job the way she huffs and puffs at every question i ask. we go through the whole process once more as my pervious quote was not saved. even tho i said i will have to get back to you guys. and she starts asking me questions about my last policy with such attitude and almost starts yelling at me because she was not understanding my story. then we go over everything and she gives me the price i adjust things accordingly. quote comes to $352 - then i say yup lets to it. she proceeds to say that i need to go get a mechanical report of my car and it will take 3 - 5 business days and then once I'm done that i will have to wait on the phone for another 5 hours to get everything finalized. then after that she says that they will charge me for the first 2 months UPFRONT! $700 something I'm 21 and have only insured 3 cars in my life but since when do companies have to do that?? its usually the following month. i proceed to repeat the whole process to her so she understands how idiotic it all sounds then i say "this is too much" and hang up the phone. called intact insurance and got things done right away like how it should be, pink slip is getting emailed today :) THIS SHOULD BE YOUR LAST RESORT I'm in sales and have generated over $100k over the phone my one piece of advise is tonality, make people feel the way i felt on that phone yesterday, and this 1 star section will continue to grow.

Has anyone ever been able to get a hold of these people? 5th day waiting over 7 hours on the call everyday just to get a quote!!! Eventually someone picks yesterday only to say it’s past 5pm and can’t help me. This is after I had waited 7hours. Also Why have an online tool on the website that says request a quote if that is not functional as well? I’m highly disappointed! Not good at all for the company.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. At several locations I visited, the addresses of their branches were incorrect. When I called, they said, “We only respond by phone.” If that’s the case, why do you list the location on the map? If you only operate by phone, you should mark your locations as closed on Google Maps so that no one visits in person.
