I've had the pleasure of working with Jennifer at Western Financial Group, and I can't say enough good things about her! From the very first interaction, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best coverage for me. She took the time to explain all my options in a way that was easy to understand, and she made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. What sets Jennifer apart is her attention to detail and her responsiveness—whenever I had a question or concern, she was quick to help and always went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone so friendly and efficient in the insurance world. If you're looking for someone who truly has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend Jennifer. 10/10!

I'm so happy that there's also Western Financial Group here in Red Deer. I've been with them since 2023, after we moved from BC. I just want to extend my appreciation to Jennifer McCulley, for assisting me and ensuring that all of my queries are answered. Plain and simple, with no hidden charges whatsoever. After I sent her the documents she needed, the following day, I already received my insurance and registered my vehicle right away. Again, thank you, Jennifer, for a wonderful customer service experience, and I hope you can help more people.

Be careful with their quotes. I was quoted at $690 for the first month and so I paid it because I was in dire need. Brooklyn Stevens did the quote and fully knew my driving record when determining the cost. Then it skyrocketed to $1200+ on the second month leading to NSF charges. I wasn't even aware of the huge jump and NOT ONE AGENT could tell me why it went so high after THEIR quote. I could never get a hold of Brooklyn and even had other agents leave her messages. Nothing. I obviously had to cancel and they based their cancellation policy off their new magical number per year so I will be paying close to $3300 for two months of insurance. Screw these morons. If you had a DUI, go with DND from Edmonton. They're knowledgeable and best of all, not liars and are affordable. I found out after that this has been common with western financial doing this. Scammers.
