I can only speak to the pedicure but it was a subpar experience so I won’t be back. I deviated from my usual spot (Highland Nails & Spa) because it was a busy Saturday 3pm and I decided to try The Ten Spot after seeing I could book online. Upon entering, the energy seemed off and I had the urge to turn around and leave before anyone greeted me, but moments later I was checked in and seated at a hard bench. I’m used to relaxing back in massage chairs, so this was super uncomfortable and added more stress than it relieved. Only 1 other manicure customer was in sight, and while things were clean and modern, the ambiance ultimately soulless and stale. The pedicure was a disappointment and lacked all the things I look forward to in a relaxing pedicure, and I usually opt to purchase add-ons and upgrades, but I was never offered any- it was $80 for a gel pedicure and gel removal. Very straightforward pedicure- foot soak, lackluster exfoliation, and gel polish. It really lacked cuticle care, cleaning behind the nails, and no option for paraffin, massage, or any extras. I didn’t feel pampered but it was ok enough so i paid $96 total- $80 pedicure + gel removal plus $16 tip. When i got home I noticed I still have dirt behind my toenails and 6 days later, an entire toe’s gel came off in 1 piece so that indicated that the application was of poor quality and technique. The next day another toe’s gel came off in 1 piece again, so 7 days after the pedicure, I was at my usual spot getting it done right, determined to forget all about how The Ten Spot did me wrong. I almost did until I received an automated spam email just now and was reminded.

I had such a great experience with Jasmin at The Ten Spot. She listened and PROVIDED! My experience was relaxing and result producing. She was very knowledgeable about the products being used and answered any questions that I had. Would highly recommend!

The first time I came here, it was amazing. I had the most amazing tech named Minee (totally am misspelling it! I'm sorry!). My husband also ended up going and seeing a gentleman who he said was also phenomenal. I visited again and saw another tech (I don't want to mention her name), but she wasn't very good. She was really nice, which is super. But, the pedi wasn't great. I think she had to grab her kiddo from school early (which I understand, things happen), so the remainder of the pedicure seemed really rushed. I am left with a giant callus still on my foot (which the first time I visited Minee got rid of), and polish on the skin around my toes. It also didn't last the full 45 minutes. I will give it another try, but I will not be recommending or seeing this person again. Just be mindful of who you pick. I will say the polish does last a while--it is fresh polish and not the usual polish at places that sits for years.
