I was gifted a massage & facial package. My massage was with Giovanna who was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I suggest opting for the deep tissue. My facial that followed was with Shade'; She was super knowledgeable also and was super attentive to my concerns as I have very sensitive & reactive skin. The facial was fantastic and I had no issues. She also suggested some great products for me. The young lady at checkin and the gentleman at checkout were also fantastic. Fair prices too for the quality and location.

Really beautiful spa at the Loren. Check in and parking easy and convenient. The men's locker room was beautiful and had everything you need. The waiting room was peaceful and relaxing. My massage with Mo was just what I needed. She quickly identified my issues and used a variety of techniques to help me get rid of some nagging neck pain. She was a true pro. Overall a wonderful experience that had me in a zen-like state in just a couple hours.

I just had the best massage of my life with Hope, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she created such a calming and welcoming environment that allowed me to fully relax. She has an incredible ability to find and work through every knot with the perfect balance of pressure and technique. Not only did she help relieve the tension in my body, but she also helped my mind completely unwind—something that’s not easy to do! Hope is truly gifted at what she does, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. If you're looking for a massage therapist who can deliver deep relief while still making you feel completely at ease, she is the one. I left feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

I've been to many spas as well as Milk + Honey's other locations in Austin. I wanted to leave this review because not only is everyone pleasant & professional at this location but there's a sense of care & taking the extra step to value their customers. Service rates are reasonable as well. The waiting/relaxation room is beautiful, nice, and airy with a nice view. But this location does a great job & I've enjoyed every experience there. I work for a private Members company & am in the customer service based industry & I know good quality service when I see it. I highly recommend this location.
