I first tried daydreaming head spa on my birthday last December. It was so memorable in my mind, it was my first time going to a "head spa". So after a bad experience at another head spa I went back to this place again today, and really enjoyed it. My favorite part is how much they care about you neck, shoulders and face as well. The technician is really skilled in removing the knots on your neck and shoulders, both the times I have been here I felt relaxed and lighter afterwards, it felt like i had a full body massage too! May be because I carry a lot of pressure on my shoulder and neck. Sooo many different things are included in the package for the price - they even add a face mask, hair mask, something for eyes etc. None of the fragrances is irritating, they are in moderate level allowing you to enjoy everything. Best part was that it definitely has great effect on my hair conditioning as well. The last time I was here, my hair felt lot more smoother and manageable for several weeks afterwards! Now as far as the "scratching" part on some reviews, they certainly do that, but it definitely wasn't sharp/hard scratching at any given time, mostly felt like a gentle scrub that you will do with an oiling brush at home. Considering how well she massaged my neck and shoulders, I cannot imagine them refusing a different kind of gentler massage on the head too if requested. I just didn't ask because I was happy with what they were doing already. If you are looking for a head spa that has generous amount of massaging, leaves your hair smooth and conditioned for weeks, AND also be cost effective, this is the place!

I went on my birthday at the Domain outlet. My experience was not worth it. I had the premium head spa. Head massage was great but treatment included for face gave me issues. The masseuse was not understanding English. I have combination skin and god knows what mask and moisturiser she applied. I had told my skin concerns but fell on deaf ears. Now I’m having breakouts.

My best friend treated us to a facial for my birthday. I got a hydration facial and she got the acne facial. We both also got the shoulder and neck massage and hot stones. It was such a wonderful experience. The room was a perfect temperature, the beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Our technicians were kind and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Daydreaming Head Spa.
