Sunday morning Yin is the perfect start to the day. I look forward to it all week! Monica has thoughtful sequencing and gives lots of alternatives to make sure everyone is working at their own level and comfortable in the poses. In addition, Monica’s low key nurturing energy makes the class SO relaxing. After it’s over, I feel like I’ve been meditating. I also love the Sunday regulars and the welcoming energy at 305 Yoga.

Friday morning yoga with Jessica was everything. First time I’ve ever done it and she made it so simple to follow and deeply relaxing. You could tell she’s knowledgeable and has the sweetest energy.
