The Root Studio 7

Took my first class at The Root studio 7 in parksquare … Walking in it smelled amazing, before class essential oils and affirmations were passed out. I really appreciated the spacious layout. Having enough room to fully stretch is a big deal for me. The vibe was tranquil and music was on point, so well thought out. Natalie walked around the room and assisted anyone wanting it. As class was coming to a close chilled towels with lavender were given which was so refreshing. Everyone read their affirmations to themselves at the end of class, such a meaningful touch. It’s exactly what I needed. If you haven’t experienced it yet, I highly recommend you do

I’ve completely fallen in love with The Root Studio’s hot yoga classes! As someone new to yoga, I’ve been amazed by how welcoming and transformative the experience has been. Every class offers something unique, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a supportive, inspiring community

Great experience, studio is really nice and welcoming. Took the warm yoga class today to try out. Good session and challenging. The instructor Haley was very descriptive in steps and flow. Great music. The cool aromatherapy towels at the end of class - chef’s kiss. The best reward after a great workout. The affirmations left for you at the end! Love ❤️
