0 Star, Worst management, Washer does not spin with average load and only taking cold water even selecting hot and warm. Washers are useless. Building intercom system is useless, not accepting most of the mobile numbers. If delivery guy left package in front of management office and near by main door forget it is yours. Before evening it will get stolen and management dont take responsibility of improving security. If you go to office, manager's attitude is like why you are here instead how I can help.

Over priced for what you get. Infested with ants, they continue to use the same people to come and do treatments, but it clearly doesn’t work because they never go away. The property is covered in dog poop and management does nothing to hold the tenants accountable who do not pick up after their pets. Packages continuously get stolen out of the lobby and from in-front of apartment doors, absolutely no security. You have to pay for visitor parking or your guests get towed. Washers and dryers barely work, if you try to do more than half a load in one machine it refuses to spin leaving your clothing soaked. Fire alarm continuously goes off for no reason. Save your sanity, time and money and rent from a different company!
