Bend Beyond: Classic Hot Yoga & Inferno Hot Pilates

Incredibly welcoming to all ages and ability levels. If you’ve found ‘flow’ yoga too face-paced I highly recommend giving the Bend 90 (traditional Bikram) classes a try. The repetitive format was easy to follow as a beginner- but challenging enough that I kept coming back again and again. My body and mind feel great after every class!

Last night, I had the pleasure of taking my first class at Bend Beyond, and I’m already hooked! A friend convinced me to tag along on a guest pass, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was welcoming, calming, and energizing all at once. The class itself was an incredible workout—challenging yet accessible, and I left feeling both invigorated and deeply grounded. I didn’t expect to fall in love with hot yoga so quickly, but after just one session, I knew I had to sign up. I jumped on their membership offer immediately because I could already tell this was a place I wanted to come back to again and again. A huge shoutout to Riley, our instructor, who was truly phenomenal. She guided the class with such clarity, encouragement, and warmth, making it easy to follow along even as a complete beginner. I never once felt pressured to overperform, and instead, I felt supported every step of the way. I can’t wait for my next session! If you’re considering trying hot yoga—whether you’re a total beginner like me or more experienced—I highly recommend giving Bend Beyond a try. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and already looking forward to your next class.

I have been a member at Bend Beyond for nearly seven years. I am very inconsistent with my attendance, sometimes taking a year away from the studio, but they always welcome me back and somehow they remember who I am. That means a lot. I like how clean they keep the entire space. Locker room, studio and lobby. It is bright and inviting. Thank you for your consistency BB team.
