Yoga Hive Montana

Try the silk aerial yoga! We laughed and were happy we did :D It’s $22 per class in ‘23, the studio is lovely calm and inviting. Teacher was nice. I’ve always wanted to try this so my friend and I did and on a Wed morning we had the studio to ourselves so giggles came easy. Afterwards I felt amazing posture, I effortlessly stood so straight, felt tall and light and better than when I went in. We agreed a few less postures and staying in them longer would be better; just as we melted into a lovely relaxing position hanging in the silk, in 2 secs we were already getting out of the poses. For sure the full sitting hanging or laying postures in the silk were more wonderful than most of the combining typical yoga poses incorporation the floor too. They should offer an open studio hour where people can come and just meditate, do their own thang/poses at their own pace, and wow, I’d be there a couple times a week! If I lived here ;) We literally would put one of these in our houses/apt’s if we had a space. Dead man’s pose in one of these was like being in mom’s womb💕 To feel so gently supported everywhere and a gentle sway - that was remarkable. Overall it’s fun to do at least once with friends! Try it!

As new in town, I’ve had the opportunity to meet Shelle. Since day one, she opened her time and arms to get to know me and show me about this wonderful Montana community, teaching me the West yoga traditions, new culture, and the beautiful people that live in this bit of heaven. I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion that every member of Yoga Hive has shown me. If you haven’t stopped by just yet, it’s only a matter of time until you fall in love with it.
