Jennifer at Beyond Bending Yoga is not only an amazing person, she is also very, very good at what she does. We have had the honor to hire Jennifer to teach yoga at our wellness retreats for widows who have experienced deep loss and trauma. Her practice leaves everybody relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on life again. Participants leave with self care tools and a renewed feeling of joy after a deep release.
