Anaconda Yoga impacts my life in such a positive light. I started taking classes in search of healing for my back after carrying twin babies. After 3 months of classes, not only is my body thanking me, but also my mind. I truly believe I am able to be a better mom because of Anaconda Yoga. Taking a few moments of stillness throughout the week helps me recharge so that I am able to be more collected and present for my children when I am home. The studio offers a wide variety of class types and instructors with accommodating times throughout the week. The online option is another perk as I am able to do some classes from home. My 3 year old has even been able to try out yoga through the kid’s class. The studio has immaculate vibes - always clean and comfortable. I have always felt welcome in this space. Anaconda Yoga is truly a gem of Anaconda, and we are so lucky to have this. I highly recommend trying out a class. You will be so happy you did.
I am visiting from NC and had the pleasure of getting to practice at Anaconda Yoga during my time here. First, the location is super cool and has such welcoming vibes. I took my first class with the amazing Emily C for a power flow - it was everything I needed and more. We chatted a bit after class sharing our love of yoga and community - something this practice continues to give. I then took a virtual Hatha practice with Lou, which was magical. The practitioners at this studio are so inviting, and know exactly how to teach to the midline. If I ever find myself back in Anaconda, which i’m sure I will, I look forward to flowing with this community!
I came to Anaconda for only a few short weeks and I was looking for anywhere to workout. I love yoga and was shocked there was a studio in town! I didn't have high hopes for this little town but boy was I proven wrong. I went nearly every day and loved every second of it. A warm welcoming environment, staff and other yogis. This place truly felt like home after the first om. Highly recommend trying this out if you're a beginner or a seasoned Yogi!
