I I had a recent spinal fusion in June and this was the first Yoga practice and retreat that I had attended since the surgery. Melanie just provided the most beautiful space for us to all come together connect with one another, and I was very much surprised in how much I was able to participate in the practices. She's a great teacher and an awesome soul☮️🙏🏻🕉️

Montana City Yoga is the best in Montana! Melanie is such a wonderful instructor and she gave our group of Veterans the best experience. We have been participating in yoga for many years, and two of our favorite instructors are Melanie and Starla. We have appreciated their enthusiasm, their humor, and the many ways they make everyone feel comfortable. From yoga retreats to yoga at Copper Furrow, to the classes at Montana City Yoga, she and Starla are incredible, whether you are beginner or advanced, and age is not a factor. All body types and ages are different but we are all there to accomplish the same thing, keep our bodies active and strong! You will love this class!
