I always have a great experience with the clinic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They care about their patients a lot. The MA who drew my blood remembered our last conversation 6 months ago! How about that? You’re not just another patient. Seems like you’re part of a large family. Dr. Lopez is very knowledgeable and competent in his practice. He’s very engaging and personable to boot. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez to be their primary care physician. Kudos to everyone in the clinic.

Good afternoon, I'm surprised to have found a doctor who's only looking for financial gain... not at all compassionate toward his patients. We were looking for a primary care physician because we moved to Texas, and my gynecologist recommended him. I went for acid reflux and they charged me $200 just for giving me the same old pill and telling me it was for stress. My husband went for a physical, and they're charging him $50 to fill out the form so our insurance would reimburse us for an annual credit. My new primary care physician gladly did it. I can't believe doctors like this exist... they're not compassionate at all; they're just looking for financial gain. I would not recommend this doctor or his clinic.

I’ve been going to this doctor for years and used to feel confident with his care, but lately things have changed. In my last visits, he seemed rushed and not really interested in hearing what’s going on. My wife had an appointment for something that needed attention, and he came in for barely two minutes, didn’t ask any questions, and just prescribed meds without saying much. We were both left pretty confused. I get that now clinics try to move faster and use apps and nurses to collect info, and that’s fine to a point, but this kind of system doesn’t work when the doctor doesn’t really check in or try to understand the case. The next day we ended up in the ER. Another doctor and even a surgeon said this could’ve been prevented if things had been looked at properly from the start. I’m not blaming the staff—they were nice. But patients should be aware. When a doctor stops asking questions or listening, that’s a sign to get a second opinion. Just sharing our experience.
