Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - Wurzbach

I had an excellent experience at Texas MedClinic. Dr. David Cantu was absolutely amazing, thorough, patient and genuinely caring. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure my issue was reviewed carefully. I felt confident that nothing was overlooked and that I was in very knowledgeable hands. The entire team was professional and efficient and I left feeling well cared for and informed about my next steps. The facility was clean and well maintained. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and would recommend Dr. Cantu and this Texas MedClinic location to anyone needing medical attention.

The staff and doctor were very professional, yet very kind and comforting. This is why I have preferred going to this Texas Med clinic for years. They often go above and beyond just by being knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. Also wait time is usually very reasonable , but again it is worth the wait to get treated like a person who matters. Please do not stop picking the best to work for you, Texas Med clinic off Wurzbach and IH10....

Seriously disappointed in the service provided. I understand there was only one doctor at the clinic but a 2 1/2 hour wait is ridiculous. There was only 4 people ahead of us. My son was injured in a car accident with possible head trauma so we went in for a checkup and possible referral for MRI for head trauma. The doctor was very rude and seemed to just really hate her job. They charge $225 without insurance. Save yourself $40 and go to the care now off DeZavala it's only $180. Thanks for taking our money and not making us feel taken care of. We could have just stayed home and saved the money. I guess I need to find a different urgent care that respects your time spent waiting in their office to just be treated so lackadaisical. I do not recommend
