Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - Culebra

I understand having to fill out paperwork to be seen, but for a fallow up it's ridiculous. Same information, like the one we gave before was for nothing. This is completely unnecessary for a fallow up. It's like we've never been here before. The staff is friendly and nice. They are helpful and answered all our questions. Personally, I've been to other better streamlined clinics with less hassles, and prefer to go somewhere else. Update: We had to go back again for another follow up and this time there was very little paperwork. I love it when owners/Manager listen to their customers. So 5 stars well deserved. Thank you. 👏👍

Tonight was my first visit to Texas Med clinic and it was great. Liz Stewart, NP was my provider and she was incredibly kind and gentle. She was informative and let me know all my options so I could make the best decision for me. The wait wasn't terrible and if needed I will definitely come back

Booked an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. The experience with the doctor was great. However, they almost forgot to give me my medication before I left. The real issue was the next day. I called my pharmacy to pickup my prescription only to be informed it has not been sent. When I called Texas MedClinic they stated there was no prescription on record and they would have to get back with me… now I’m left with no pain medication and waiting on a callback. Extremely disappointed
