We had a home renovation project that we got nearly 10 different bids/opinions on. Of those 10, Mitch was the only one to really hear and understand what we wanted. We needed something functional and basic, yet looked nice and was quality work. Mitch and his team were top notch through the entire process. From the first introduction to the final walk-through, we could not have been more pleased with the crew. They were communicative in every possible way. I recieved a text almost daily with the plan and their goals for the week, as well as what was coming up. They were responsive to our questions and clarified information we may have missed. They worked within our bounds of time and expectations. They allowed us to do some work ourselves and set clear expectations for that. When we asked for additional quotes on modifications, Mitch was quick to provide them, as well as walk us through the pros and cons of said modifications. We were so pleased with the finished product and highly recommend Mitch and his team!

Mitch and his team did a fabulous job on my new fence. From the beginning Mitch communicated promptly and often. He did a great job providing an accurate estimate. He wasn't able to be at the project but.provided me a contact that would be leading the team. The team on-site was courteous, hard working and did a great job cleaning up. Mitch and his team are fantastic, cannot recommend enough. This was my first major remodel, and I wanted to be sure we had a GC that was professional, reliable, timely, transparent and communicative. Mitch and his team checked every box from the start of the project through to the end! He has up front "turn-key" proposals (was not "nickel and dimed"), the billing and invoicing was timely and clear, his team was kind, respectful and professional (did I mention timely?). They were detailed oriented and took the time to make every detail right. I will recommend Mitch to any one in KC taking on a renovation and I'm already planning to use him again in the future - even if a competitor of his was half the cost, I would still use Cornerstone!

Cornerstone construction did a great job on my latest project, a gazebo on my deck. Mitch responded quickly in giving me an estimate, overview of the work and sent excellent workmen to do the job. The workmen discussed various things with me so I had a lot of input to how things were going to be. I appreciate the skilled work, the good communication and the finished product.
