Customer experiences
Smooth Experience from Start to Finish I recently contacted Dr HVAC for maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning system, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Booking was easy, with immediate email confirmation and clear pricing. I appreciated being able to schedule a next-day appointment. One offering that stood out was receiving the technician’s name and photo ahead of time — a thoughtful feature that provides peace of mind in this day and age. Jamie, the technician, arrived right at the start of the scheduled window. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, even sharing tips to help keep our system running efficiently. Jamie also connected me with Nick and Nimo to discuss an additional recommended service. They were responsive, professional, and addressed all my questions. Pricing was fair, and the entire process was handled efficiently. Thank you guys, appreciate the considerations for my personal situation and well wishes. Overall, Dr HVAC provided a reliable and well-managed service. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy HVAC support.
I really wanted to have a good experience with Dr. HVAC. The salesperson, Adam, was great, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He promised that everything would be handled properly and that their service would be exceptional. The installation of our heat pump and air conditioner went smoothly, but the work we paid for wasn’t completed. The upgraded amp service, tubing replacement, and thermostat installation (which was on backorder) never happened. I’ve made several calls since August, left messages for the salesperson, and even spoke with the service manager in September, who promised everything would be resolved by the end of October. It’s now November, and nothing has been done. I paid in full for services that remain unfinished, and the lack of communication or accountability has been incredibly disappointing.
If you were like me, staring a bunch of hits after looking up 'heating repair' on Google maps wondering how to pick one over the other, then let this review help walk you over the line and give these guys a call. The team I met throughout our heating downtime was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, great with pets, and demonstrated a true desire for quality workmanship. A small shoutout to the team that came: Bryan came by to see if he could diagnose & repair our 27 year old hot water & heating system. He did his best, but father time had finally put this old system to rest. Later that day came Adam, to walk through our house and learn about what options we had for replacements. From our discussion I could tell this company was somehow different then any other - these guys actually have a passion for providing a quality product to their customers. We discussed pricing and I felt under no pressure the whole time. Our dog was genuinely sad to see him leave. Finally, a team of install techs, Travis & Trevor came by the next day and worked without breaks for over 8 hours to rip out our old system and install a beautiful new wall mounted tankless system. The final product is everything I had hoped for, with quality fittings, isolation valves around all key components and a super clean and easy to follow layout. Thank you gentlemen!
Absolutely awesome experience. Extremely professional and respectful. Took plenty of time in the sales process to understand our situation and go deep to provide options and recommendations, no pressure just education. The installers were absolutely fantastic, super polite, super professional, very clean organized, and you could tell they did not cut corners at all. Very professional job top to bottom. Our new Combi unit is replaced a 20-year-old water heater that was on its last legs, as well as a 20-year-old+ gas boiler for radiant heating, which was working but does not even have replacement parts available anymore. New system is quiet, and we get unlimited hot water. Very nice upgrade. Recommend.
Dr HVAC is a plumber.
