Kristi CalderonSo nice! My little family + a pooch stayed here for a couple nights. Pool was very nice! Elevators were quick! Beach and surrounding was clean! Dog friendly🐕 customer service was great. We did have to wait about 10 minutes for check in but gives you time to look around the beautiful entrance. We’ll will be back to enjoy other parts of the resort! 10/10!

The rates are way too high. Luckily I live about an hour away, so I can just have fun and go home. Still, I would love to stay if it weren't so outrageous.
John HinojosaFirst time being here. So far every has been great. Check in and valet parking were so helpful. Our room was comfortable and cozy to relax in after a day of playing. The casino was amazing great floor staff and plenty of food options. Keep up the good service and I will definitely be back. Thks for a great time.
S RobusStopped at hotel. And casino while visiting friends in Louisiana. The online reservation system and hotel check in were easy and the staff were nice. Our room was beautiful - no complaints. Unfortunately the casino service needed some instruction in customer satisfaction. Cheryl or Cheri at the slot club desk was very rude to both my husband and myself when we got players cards. There were no slot promotions for the day we visited the casino- they had some fun machines. The drink service was poor. I was served one bottle of beer in two hours and later in the night, I asked for a diet soda and never received. My husband did have good drink service at the blackjack table. I believe the most disappointing aspect was being told a cup of water with my $48 chicken Caesar salad and cheeseburger w/ fries and $8 soda would be an additional $4. I declined. The restaurant layout was confusing with the majority of them being closed by 8pm on a Wednesday night. Would I stop again? Probably - but would eat offsite and bring my own water. 🤣🤣
