Excellent service from Chris he was able to help with an evening emergency fixing the lock on our patio door, he estimated arrival of around half an hour which was correct. Chris was friendly, helpful and efficient he explained what was needed and was able to fix it for us. I would definitely recommend!

Reached out to Chris on a Friday evening regarding a broken door lock, was at the property the following morning. Identified a further issue regarding door misalignment and was able to easily book another appointment for the Monday. All in all, a great service - while slightly on the pricey side (around £300 for the whole job including VAT), for the quality of job and speed of service, it was very much worth it! Would highly recommend!
