If i could have given a negative, i absolutely wpuld have. The most judgemental physician in history. She'd do well taking some pointers from the nursing staff. The only positive thing about this entire place was the kindness and compassion of 1 nurse. This lady should not be in the medical field. she is a disgrace to true doctors that take the oath. I will be submitting a complaint as high up the chain as I need. Discrimination at its finest. I hope that she cannot ever treat another person this way. I have contacted legal, grievance soon to be submitted, and the health board notified. Serious HIPAA violations, complete lack of patient right and privacy, then judged and discriminated against then she continued to gaslight me. Absolutely failed by the urgent care pa, who I went to in to seek help from what I thought could be an emergency due to addisons disorder. I was never even evaluated. Then, she continued to make accusations asking things about my therapy and mental health care team that is in serious violations of my civil rights. I had been there in the past and they did great then getting me seen and taken care of. I returned this time due to feeling very ill again over a weekend. I made the appointment online and selected I wanted an in person visit (I live 45 minutes from here but it was my only option). I opted for in person due to feeling very congested and I wanted a physician to listen to my lungs. I arrived and was told they actually did not have a physician in that day(indicated no where before I booked and drove there), they told me it was going to have to be a telehealth appointment (I am not against but again I drove 45 minutes to be seen in person). The only other option they gave me was to go home. I got my vitals taken and was put in a room where I waited for a long time before I could join my appointment via my phone. I spoke with this physician for less than 2 minutes and he did not even listen to my concerns. I was prescribed a round of oral steroids and then he said he also prescribed antibiotics "just in case" the steroids didn't work. It felt like a shot in the dark from this medical professional. Now a month later I am receiving a bill, after I paid the co-pay and they never indicated I had a remaining total before I left the office, nor have I received any form of contact from them before now. I am very displeased with the service I received. I will NOT be returning in the future.

I would like to give the disclaimer that this is my first negative review since I’ve been using Google Maps. This urgent care is willing to employ medical staff (front desk staff are great, just wanted to make that clear) who are condescending, dismissive, and have no regard for the patients in their care. All of our questions were met with attitude, the issue we needed checked was ignored, and we were given a prescription for antibiotics that was completely unnecessary (and unrelated to the current situation). The entire interaction with the doctor (or NP) lasted about 45 seconds before we were rapidly shooed out the door. Ended up determining that the issue was severe acid reflux, and fixing it on our own. If Jody Morrison is your care provider, you’re better off going somewhere else or just asking AI if you have any concerns.

From the receptionist, to nurse and to APRN. They were all very kind and welcoming! Cheilsa was amazing! She knew everything that I was feeling and explained everything so good. If this wasn’t just a urgent care I would have her as my PCP. My apt time was at 7:15 & I was out of there within 35 minutes! Highly recommend!
