Went for numerous painful bee stings. Person who saw me didnt bother to inspect my legs closely enough to see if any stingers were still present. Now 7 hours later with abundant pain present, I googled home remedies and have learned more what to do now to help relieve pain, than that person (was she an RN?) bothered to offer. Not impressed.

Horrible experiences everytime I go. Should have listened to the other reviews. They staff is so rude they had to put a sign on the doors saying “please be nice to our staff” I was greeted by a look of annoyance and treated even worse. Lady behind the desk was outstandingly rude and unwillingly to help. Just walked away after she said she couldn’t help. Will never be going back. Save your money AND time and go somewhere where people will respect you.

I'm always sympathetic to healthcare staff but this was the WORST experience I have ever had! With flu symptoms I had to wait in my car and when I finally saw staff she had to retake my BP 3 times with the machine. When I finally saw the ARNP Kaitlyn she repeatedly talked over me in a condescending argumentative tone. It did not go well and I will never go back and the staff in this place needs to be replaced!

Took my mother in law to urgent care for pain in her wrist. The parking lot was almost empty and there was no one in the waiting area. The lady at check in was very rude and suggested we go somewhere else. When asked if they could treat her, the lady said, “yes, probably; but you could go somewhere else.” We went ahead and checked in and took a seat in the waiting area; only for her to tell us to sit in specific chairs. With no one in the waiting area and no one coming in or out we waited a short while before deciding we most likely were not going to get decent care from this location and left. Unprofessional, uncaring and bad business. The lady at the front desk should be reprimanded at a minimum if not fired.
