Best health care experience I have had in KC. Suad, Tricia, and Caitlin were all outstanding and professional. To say Tricia went above and beyond would be an understatement. She ran around everywhere on a busy morning getting me second, third, and fourth opinions. Very grateful for my care team, can’t say enough good things.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Urgent care is a walk-in basis. They took 4 people ahead of me and no one knows why nor can they expedite my care. I’ve been here an hour and still not seen by someone. I’d go somewhere else but I’d only have an even longer wait. Still waiting - putting me in a room isn’t making it better because now I can hear them waiting on the people that came in after me but given care before me.

Usually I get nervous going to the doctor but the experience here was a breeze. You can check wait times online and check in there too. They also have instructions on where to park and exactly where to go on their website so you don’t get lost. The ladies at the front desk were kind and fast to check me in once I arrived. I saw Doctor Timothy Frey and he was the best. The nurse was also very friendly and efficient. Ku med never disappoints!
