Came in for a respiratory issue. The doctor in training and the doctor I saw were very nice and wonderful. However, the nurse I saw decided to give me her personal opinion on my lifestyle choice that I didn’t ask for. I don’t appreciate being called an addict. Especially in front of my family. I’m there, PAYING you to help me with my respiratory infection. Not get your opinion on what you think is addictive. I hope you guys address this with all your nurses. Nurses like that are why some people don’t ask for help.

I fell and went to KU MedWest Urgent care on July 7. While being very nice all through the initial visit the follow up was horrible. I had 2 fractures on my right leg. They didn't phone in my prescription for pain meds like they said they would. I called numerous times and left messages for someone to return my call. This is August 1st, I still haven't heard back. You can't get a prescription from anyone but the original doctor that saw you. I am miserable to say the least. Worst experience of my life. ZERO STARS.

I was seen at KU MedWest on 9/1 for a UTI. This was my first time there and I was pleased with the ease of checkin, the nurses and especially the physician I saw. It was a quick process and I was well pleased with all aspects.

I went to KU Medwest Urgent care on Friday. Long story short, but the nurse Zoey was by far the slowest (mentally and physically) I have ever seen in a healthcare professional! I have a son who is mentally challenged, so I am not knocking that... but her complete lack of care or concern and her utter lack of usefulness, empathy or consideration was insane! I had 2 seizures while there. All I asked for was oxygen, and they literally yelled at me and refused to give me treatment for calling my partner to come in because I couldn't think and needed help that they were refusing. An NP finally came in and treated me like I was a prisoner who just killed her fiance. It was absolutely insane! Heaven forbid I should have asked for something besided oxygen!
