Super disappointing came here with 30 minutes drive, i know I arrived late like 5:57pm, but the store still with the OPEN sign, and I bring almost like 20lbs things with me! The guy said they are close at 6pm, and computer systems has been shut down already! Well, so why says you close store at 6pm, put your computer shut down time there!!!!! Definitely won’t come again!

Worst customer service experience ever! If I can give zero star I would. I inquired about the shipping price for some vitamins, and I was given two packaging methods to calculate the shipping cost. One packaging method is by number of vitamin packages per shipping box, another method is by the weight of the shipping box. When I went to the store with my items, I found out that the store employee tries to play the numbers game with me, the outrageous thing is that they try to limit the number of items per packaging box, but they also charges me double of my package weight (6 items weight 3.2 lbs in total, they want to charge price of 6 lbs). When I try to ask for why I am getting charged double the weight of my items, the guy with the "Gucci" shirt was very impatient and told me that "6 items = 6 lbs". I was so shocked by his ignorance and lying straight to my face, so I told him I do not understand your calculation method and I will go with another courier company. Before I leave I heard this "Gucci" shirt guy told his co-worker that I was a crazy person. What kind of courier company treats their customers with no respect and insult them if they decided to not do business with you. This is the last time I will ever step into this store again.

First of First, if you want to save tax and duty to send packages to China, this is your 1st choice in GTA. The Chinese custom clearance time can varies from 5-10 days, that is the major time you will see on the tracking system. But you dont pay any tax and duty as long as you send them by the company's guideline.Normally it takes 10-15days to arrive to your package's destination after you send them. If by chance, the Chinese custom slows down the clearance time frame, or very tough on inspection, or if you sending packages on Chinese long weekend, it will delay. for the year 2015, the delay happened once in Sept. For the year 2016, end of Oct packages are delay by 15 days.
