Parveen is an amazing therapist. Her humanity shines through in every interaction. I am extremely comfortable sitting down and talking. Me, just talking. Parveen allows me the space to unravel myself, asking questions that deepen my understanding of myself. For me, this has been, and continues to be, really helpful.

She gives you the space you need to feel your emotions, and gives you the time to process everything you discuss with her. She always has resources, and if you have specific mental health goals she will help you meet them. Not only that, but she is punctual, professional, open-minded, non-judgmental, and just all around an extremely knowledgeable and genuine human being. I could not possibly recommend Parveen enough. She is everything you want in a therapist all wrapped into one, and the area she works out of is extremely comfortable and relaxing. You will immediately be put at ease.
