My therapist is Liam and he’s is amazing at understanding and giving me the right tools to handle situations. I struggle to make boundaries and he’s helped understand it’s okay to be my own person and to have my own wants and beliefs. He also is very good at listening to my longgg stories and remembering everything which I appreciate so much !

I’ve been working with Nicole for nearly eight years, and she has been an essential part of my healing journey. Through some of the most challenging periods of my life, she supported me with empathy, insight, and a grounding sense of humor. Her guidance helped me process trauma, better understand my sexuality, and build healthier, more authentic relationships. Nicole is deeply knowledgeable about LGBTQ+ issues and provided a safe, affirming space for me to explore my identity. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy for support around trauma, identity, or relationship challenges.

I saw Nicole here for about 10 months for help with sex and relationship issues. I have mixed feelings about the quality of care I received here. First, the positives. Nicole is very easy to talk to, and I feel she genuinely cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable about LGBT issues, and is very inclusive in her approach towards sexuality. However, I did not feel my sessions with her ever got to the root of my situation, which is demisexuality. I stopped attending therapy with her because I started to feel she was encouraging me to behave in a way that did not feel true or genuine to myself. She thought I needed to be more emotionally expressive and vulnerable, but it's simply not my personality. Overall, I think her intentions are good, but I didn't get as much out of the experience as I had hoped.
