I’ve been meeting with Maria for a couple months now for issues related to PTSD, depression and anxiety. I hadn’t been in therapy for a long time and I’d had a few really bad experiences, so I was hesitant but I’m glad I went because she has been incredibly helpful. She actually acknowledges what I’m saying and feeling, and has helped me come up with actionable solutions to what I’m going through. My schedule is a bit hectic and she’s been super understanding when it comes to rescheduling/shifting appts around. The person I initially spoke with as a new patient was also very helpful with setting everything up!
