Bruce was my 4th call for our plumbing job. First 2 didn't answer or return my call. Third wanted $184, to come out with a 3 hour window, $100 refundable if we went forward with them, I declined an appointment. Bruce was a delight, answered the call, asked a brief description, request a couple of photos. Replied to the photos almost immediately. Arranged to come out the following morning by 9, showed up 10 minutes early. By 10.30 am the job was done. He is friendly, fast and fair. I would call him first next time.

We have used Bruce's services a number of times over the past few years and have been extremely satisfied by his quick response, skilled workmanship, pleasant manner and attention to detail in his work. We have recommended Bruce to others for the exceptional quality of his work and would not consider calling anyone but Bruce for our plumbing needs. We highly value his assistance.

Last year I had a problem with my sump pump. I called this company and Bruce came right out and fixed me up for the night. The next day he came out and put in heavy duty pumps. This week I had a problem all my valves broke. I called out another company...What a mistake. Seeing as to how Bruse was so good last year I though I need to call him back.. He got all my valves fixed and I am able to relax. Never again will I call anyone else. He is honest and knows what he is doing. Thanks to Bruce I can relax and feel safe that I am not going to flood.
