Fantastic service on all fronts! The owner (Danny) arrived on the day and at the time he said he was going to show up. He was there to look at our well system, provide an estimate, and schedule any required repairs. For reference, our water supply was erratic at best, and would often be reduced to a trickle after a few minutes' use. After troubleshooting our system, Danny found that the problem was a fouled pressure switch and partially depressurized tank. Rather than ordering parts and scheduling repairs to be done at a later date, given our lack of water he disassembled and rebuilt the switch and re-pressurized the tank (and also re-calibrated the flow) on the spot! Then he charged a very reasonable rate - it was so reasonable I offered to pay more because he went out of his way to help us deal with an immediate problem (he refused my offer). He also gave an very objective assessment of how long we could expect the repairs to last (ultimately both the switch and the tank will need to be replaced because they are decades old). He did this so we could plan for the future expenses. This company provides a level of service that is above and beyond what most companies in any service industry provide. Highly recommend!
