On the positive side, they responded quickly to my second online request for service. Other than than, their prices are extremely high. They sent someone to help us with multiple clogs in our plumbing system, and I don't feel like the person was really listening to what I was saying. They managed to unclog the drain of our washer, but a day later it was clogged again. Our two clogged sinks remained clogged, and actually worse than before, after they tried to run a snake through them from the hole in the sink. They told me the plumbing for both sinks simply needed changed and we'd have to open up the walls in the bathrooms, gave me an estimate for that and left. Considering what it cost to be left with nothing fixed, I wasn't in a hurry to have them come back for the big job they said wad needed. I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who managed to access the pipes another way, cleaned them and charged me half of what Superior Plumbing did for their half-hearted attempt. To say I'm unimpressed is an understatement.

This company offers $$ for 5 star reviews. I think its unethical and taints the review system. The plumber came to run a camera in my wastewater pipes. To be fair, he was punctual, kind and professional and explained what we were seeing as the camera passed through. However, though he promised a written report and a copy of the videos later the same day, I didn't receive them until 5 days later. He also promised to prepare a quote for the work he believed would be needed. More than a week later, the company indicated they did not have the staff to complete the work and would not be able to provide an estimate of the costs. These delays did not stop the company from calling and emailing me several times to offer a partial reimbursement on the fees paid if I wrote them a 5 star review. Good reviews ought to be earned, not bought. I won't be relying on this company again.
