Customer experiences
Huge store, IKEA vibes, prices are steeper though. I enjoyed all the displays and the different sections in the store like dining wear, indoor plants, art, furniture, etc. I had a return to make, the lady was very friendly. Overall nice experience but I prefer to shop their products online. I would recommend Returning things in person for the full refund vs getting a printed return label emailed and paying for shipping if you have the option. Wayfair return pricing policy is a bit frustrating! Oh and the store has a fun food/drink court area
First time being in a Wayfair store. They do have a lot to choose from but there is more online. They also have what you need but also what you want. Florida name brand stuff. Get anything from kitchen cabinets bathroom fixtures kitchen fixtures utensils chairs couches accessories for the house. Just about everything. Also they do have a restaurant which has very good food in the store and service alcohol which you can walk around in the store while you drink that might open up your wallet. Lolol if near by a different location might go in to see what might be different there. Staff is very nice and friendly.
We had so much fun here! Honestly it’s less overwhelming than IKEA so I would recommend it if you’re short on time or don’t feel like going through several floors. They’ve got a little bit of everything from kitchen goods, home goods, furniture, and outdoor pieces. FYI prices for the pieces are set by 3rd party sellers (as is the Online Wayfair) so while you may find some things in your price range you may find an item of similar caliber priced for way more $$$. Treat this as a Wayfair warehouse except cuter and cozier - they are just the middle man
As part of some home renovations, we decided to drive down here recently on a Sunday afternoon to browse. The store is massive, like an IKEA, with lots of showrooms for idea inspiration. The actual variety of items available for purchase was surprisingly more limited than I expected, but it was very helpful to be able to actually sit on and test dining chairs and sofas we saw online. There are QR codes to scan that take you directly to the website to purchase. There are employees throughout to help direct you, since it’s easy to get turned around. We commented several times that it would be nice to have a place to get coffee or a drink, since you work up a thirst with all that browsing! And sadly, just as we were at the checkouts and ready to leave, we spotted a cafe called ‘The Porch’, which we had seen signs for, but just thought it was an area of outdoor furniture, not realizing it was someplace to eat.
312 Kitchen & Bath is a kitchen remodeler.
