I recently just moved to a new property, I wanted a ceramic tile floor but could not find anyone competent and at a good price to lay around 30 sq m. I eventually tried Nexgen and I was impressed with the price and understanding of what I wanted. I am a disabled man, and needed the floor hazard free. What I got was a flat floor, levelled, laid, grouted, cleaned, with very little disruption to my needs and even kept the tools out the way so I could pass through to the other room. I only wish I had contacted them before. I will be using again for decorating and fixing. Even my neighbour has booked in something. Thank you for your service. Tea is always available for you. Boyd and Matt from NextGen Maintenance came to my property to repair the facia and soffits on the front side, and to look at my gutter on the rear. I was told prior that my whole gutter needed replacing so this is what I told them when they turned up, I was expecting to pay a fair amount of money for this job. But Boyd and Matt told me that infact all it needed was cleaning out. I am a man of pensionable age and they were honest with me and told me that my gutter was fine and I did NOT need to pay to have it replaced. The quote was therefore less that I had expected to pay. This just shows the honesty and integrity of this company and it is very reassuring to know there are still honest workmen out there. After a cup of tea and a great chat with these fantastic men they arranged a date to come and do the work, and that they did. The facia and soffit that they replaced looks great and I am very happy with the result. Overall my experience with this company was fantastic and I will most definitely use them in the future.
