Bochan kaabraI just wanted to share my experience. I have been going to this no frills for almost a year now regularly and loved it great deal and prices. They even price match many stores. Loved the in store staff tgey are very helpful in terms of finding anything that u need. Yesterday when I went to shop, the cashier was so polite and patient their was this lady in front of me who was having trouble with some point cards ( idk really what was that) but the cashier patiently explained her and was so polite. The lady was saying sorry because she hold up the line for him. He said ma'am at the moment you are our priority. Loved this attitude. I saw few comments about cashier and in store staff recently. Even I have sometime face the same but But yesterday’s visit was different, and it reminded me why I enjoy shopping here.
HillaryRemember when cashiers used to acknowledge your existence and greet you? That's in the past. I stopped in quick to grab a case of diet pop and ended up supporting the holiday food drive they had going on. The cashier could not be bothered to look at me or greet me with a single word. I can no longer be bothered to shop at a store where basic human decency is too much effort for the workers. I won't be back.
GGThe senior staff are very helpful and polite. The younger staff (students) never say hi or you're welcome. Somebody please tell them that manners go a long way to make customer experience a positive one considering how costly groceries are.
colleen greerStore is great, but tonight I brought a potential safety hazard ( young boy operating a toy electric car in the store) and they sluffed it off. Staff stated he was driving it safely around the store. No regards for shoppers safety while shopping in the store. The toy was left, unattended several times, while I was shopping.
