nas naI have naturally curly hair that needs to be straightened before styling, so I showed them an inspiration photo of what I wanted. Unfortunately, they seemed unsure how to achieve the look and brought in another stylist. She didn’t straighten my hair properly—instead, she started curling over the frizzy, blow-dried texture. I was honestly shocked when she said it was finished. I still paid $60, but it felt like I wasted that money because I had to go home and redo everything myself. I’ll attach the inspo photo and the result so you can judge for yourself.

I had a 10am long hair cut appointment with Jennifer and loved the whole experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and respectful of my requests. The rest of the staff were also friendly. Loved the way my hair turned out and will definitely be coming back !

Laura Vui don’t know what he did to my hair!! I don’t understand all 5 stars reviews here. LOOK AT THIS I was not happy with my hair at all. He didn’t understand English and didn’t understand what i wanted. I clearly asked him briefly “not too short and not V line” because he kept saying “ok okay” I basically just want to grow my hair healthy by shorting the unhealthy hair on the bottom I didn’t ask for too much layers or anything. Even though i don’t know what kind of hair cut or which school train them like this! I know everybody will have the learning part, but you shouldn’t hold scissors ✂️ cut people hair without knowledge!!!! I paid and tipped for their time but never comeback! Now i have no choice but have to wait few months for my hair to grow back! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 🥲
