Undergoing legal proceedings. Avoid. Scam. I had rented a party bus for my wedding to carry the bridal party. I had made my payments on time and complete. I discussed with the company multiple times about the timeline and day of events and everything seemed fine. Then the day of the wedding came. At the scheduled arrival time the party bus was not there, the wedding coordinator spent the next 45 minutes trying to get a hold of the driver. Our timeline was very specific and it is ridiculous that we go 45 minutes without being able to contact the driver while we are paying for the time. It turns out the party bus "broke down" and the driver was trying to fix it. They then informed us that they could not fix the party bus and did not have an alternative service. So 45 minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive we found out that we did not have a limo. They told us they could not do anything and that we would have to find an alternative limo company on our own. This is on the day of the wedding. Absolutely ridiculous that they take my money and just don't show up to provide that service, do not have a backup, and do not contact you until we called 15 times. Worse than that, they have not refunded the money we paid for the party bus. I was told that they would refund the money on the Monday (initiating the process). That did not happen. Eventually they gave us a timeline as to when they would have the refund at the latest. It is already significantly past the generous deadline, they have stopped contacting us, and we have begun pursuing legal action. This is theft. Save yourselves the trouble, go with a company that will actually show up to the event you hired them for. Also it looks like the staff/owner here are the positive reviewers so I'd take the high rating with a grain of salt. Completely avoid. Just a scam.

SCAMERS! SCAMERS! SCAMERS!!! We relied on the reviews when we booked and after our fiasco with this company we found out the “5 stars” ratings are from the employees and family members! These people were so quick to respond with any questions, and had insured us of all the things they would do for us and on the day of our wedding they didn’t even show up! Our wedding planner had to be the one to reach out to them because they were causing all of us to be late (we sent a timeline in advance), and then they proceeded to tell us the limo broke down and did not have a replacement for us. If it were not for the wedding planner finding a back up limo for the rest of the day it would have really ruined our day. To make matters worse, we had communicated with them since and they told us they will be refunding us and gave us a timeline when the money would come, and one month later we have not been reimbursed and had to file a lawsuit! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!R

Basura de compañía , no la recomiendo, ahora mismo traigo un problema por ellos , pero estoy hablando con un abogado para demandarlos si mi problemas con las placas no se soluciona con la policía , vamos a demandarlos por violar los derechos de privacidad y usar mi información, a nadie le recomiendo ese lugar más si son latinos .
