Shipper/receiver person has really bad and disrespectful attitudes towards drivers… he needed to give workplace behaviour ethics

We used Claire’s to move about 300 pallets of our inventory from our previous location in Welland to our current location in Niagara on the Lake. All of their drivers are professional and nice people. Our landlord at our previous location in Welland had put our lives in danger by storing over 40,000 liters of alcohol in the same premises we occupied, with many of the containers leaking while the fire alert and suppression system was not functioning and initially refused to address these issues. Suffice to say we had to get out of that location fast. This is really where Claire’s excelled. We called the General Manager, Joanne Bradley, let her know of the dangerous situation we were in and she worked around the clock and even asked her drivers to work over time to help move us from one location to another asap. We moved everything very fast, without incident and at a readable cost. Great firm all round. I have referred several businesses to Claire’s already and will continue to do so going forward. Ps. Joanne loves old fashion doughnuts. :)

This place is next to the Port Colborne off leash dog park. Which is a great place to take Fido etc. Best dog park in the region. Better turn off your phone here.
