I was referred to come here for a tooth extraction. I had a consult done by my own dentist before coming here with xrays and everything provided to them. I came in to the office for the extraction, I was in my first trimester of pregnancy and did not know they could not work on me. The doctor came, spoke with me and told me I needed to reschedule. They made me pay the copay on my insurance and that was it, so I thought. A month later, I get a bill stating that I had to pay a consult fee of $129 even though the doctor did not touch me at all and I already had a consult. I called into the office and no one would do anything to take this bill away. I am paying for a service that I did not need or ask for when they simply could have just made me reschedule. It is safe to say that I still need my extraction and I will not be giving my business to this place anymore.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kolodychak. The entire experience was a 10! The office was very clean and organized. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly from the day of surgery to what to expect after. They even called ahead of the procedure to inform us of the copay amount due the day of so there were no surprises. Dr. Kolodychak was kind, friendly, and did an excellent job explaining the details of the surgery and what to expect moving forward. I will absolutely recommend this practice to anyone!!
