Do not use this brokerage as a carrier, they will try to AVOID paying out any types of compensation like layovers and detention. I worked with Bob Buckley and my driver sat at a shipper for 10+ hours, at a receiver for 6+ hours and this load was less than 500 miles and took 3 days and the driver received NOTHING. Would not recommend.

If you are looking to book a load from these guys, stay away. They cancel my load hours before pickup, said they would get back to me with another load then ignored my calls. Was told I wasn’t getting paid for unused truck. Just hope this helps another driver or company from finding out the hard way. These guys don’t respect us! Zero stars

This company is the worst I have ever seen. They care about nothing. They allow there trucks they own ( FJ451978 ) to park in shopping center parking lots with the trailer illegal and without owner permission. They dont care if it takes up customer parking, hurts the shopping center, makes it look bad, ruin specail events, nothing. They allow the driver of there truck to be rude and make threats and even allow the driver of there truck to wish people would die. When you complain, they say there is nothing they can do, but they own the truck. They just dont care. They have no customer service. Maybe they will care soon once the police that where called, tow there truck. And not only do they allow there driver to park the truck and trailer illegal, they allow the driver to park there personal car illegal. Bad part is this company does not delivery to this center nor does this driver shop this center. I will never deal with this company and I will make it a point to tell all my business owner friends not to deal with this company as well.

So far so good this company is for experienced drivers rookies not for u 😁im experienced and had a few learning curves but i just hate new jersy lol but they pay what they say they do im sticking with it! Experiences with this company differ from person to person! Want to say thanku julie and doug u guys rock! If u want a company to hold ur hand and baby u go to swift lol
