James was a legend to deal with… I am a fussy customer who wanted to fit a Schalge lock (after extensive googling ‘best lock’ which James had never fitted before as it’s primarily USA based!) but his skills and know how managed to fit the new lock perfectly and even fix an uneven hanging so the door operated far more smoothly before without having to give it a kick every time you needed to get in! NICE ONE JAMES 5 STARS
