Baptist Urgent Care is a complete joke. I showed up 20 min before closing. To preface this, there was absolutely no patients in the lobby. No cars in ANY parking spots. I walked in. The window was almost shut to close. And the receptionist proceeds to tell me they’re two hours behind. I’m not one to question, but I’m pretty sure they didn’t wanna see someone 20 min before closing cause the provider was charting, and three patient doors were open. Do better, Baptist. Absolutely do better.

I had never been here before. The staff was amazing, very caring and professional!! I was there about an hour but needed x-rays so I didn't think it was too long at all, considering they called me back right away. Dr Saxon and his team did a wonderful job.

I was out-of-state and visited the facility on a Sunday. I can’t comment enough how great the staff was, how excellent Dr. Crawford was, and how professional everyone in the office was. I am so thankful for choosing Baptist Health over the other 2-3 Urgent Care centers in the area.

So I go there because I was having symptoms of a UTI infection and I go back to the room to be seen and I tell what been going on they run test and came back negative. Then she runs it again then decides to tell me the testing for the UTI is broken at this point. I was like so you don’t know if I have a UTI or not because the test was broken. So I go to my OBGYN the next day and I did have a UTI and finally got the medicines and help I needs. I don’t recommend that you go there for a UTI because they will not help you out at all. Not very happy with them. And all together the doctor was rude and brushed me off like she did not care.
