This is my soul dog named Bruce. I rescued him years ago with limited dog training experience. He appeared in my life when I needed him the most, and vice versa…flash forward to a couple of years later when it’s no longer just me and Bruce. I moved in with my partner and her animals (2 dogs and now 2 kittens). There was never a day in my life I ever thought I could let my dog, Bruce, even 5 feet within another animal. With Josh’s expertise, guidance, and persistence, we are making progress on what was always considered a lost case. Bruce and I have experienced freedom for the first time, and this is just the start. All thanks to Josh. Thank you for never giving up on us!!

We are thrilled to have Josh as our personal trainer for Rachel/American Bully and Hudson/Husky. We rescued both Pups last year and don’t know everything that went on in their lives. Rachel is a reactive barker and anyone coming into the house is challenging… Josh showed us a way to relax her from so many duties and it is marvelous! We are practicing the exercise and it’s working out nicely. We both would highly recommend Josh who is very knowledgeable and only uses positive reenforcement. By certain sounds and movements are used in his method of training. He is amazing! We really like the fact of not using treats.. We both look forward to working closely with him soon again.

Josh is so kind and knowledgeable about dogs. I booked training with him after reading so many positive reviews and I was feeling frustrated with my pomeranian pup’s misbehavior and reactivity to harnesses/collars/ wearing things in general. It was honestly shocking to witness in person what all the other reviews were saying. An immediate reaction to his training method could be seen. She wasn’t invading his space, let him go to the bathroom, and even let him play with a paper towel on the floor without trying to take it from him (and shes obsessed with paper 😭). We were blown away. we previously were doing the positive reinforcement through treats training which was not helping with correcting behavior. It was fine to teach her quick tricks (which she knows so many because shes so smart) but for behavioral issues like having boundaries and her harness reactivity… it just wasn't working. Treats were definitely always making her way too hyper and excited to focus on anything besides the treat. I cant wait to continue this training method and seeing her become more settled and hopefully soon we can actually put something on her and take her for walks!
