Where do I start? I’ve been a customer of ADR Markham for over 2-years now and when I say that Kristen & Joe have changed mine and my dog’s lives, I mean it. My dog, River, COMPLETELY shifted in the best way possible after Kristen & Joe educated as well as assisted me with transitioning Riv to raw feeding. She is the healthiest she’s ever been, she has a pearly white smile and she has LOADS of energy! In addition to their large menu of raw proteins, they also offer an extensive variety of single-ingredient treats. I truly cannot recommend ADR Markham enough. Even if you don’t feed your dog (or cat) raw, pop-by to see what they’re all about! We’re SO proud to be part of the ADR Pack 💙

We are so happy that Kristen, Joe, and Family opened their store here. They are a wonderful family, who always welcomes us and our pets with giant smiles and great pet rubs! Our pup, Nova, will always steer our walks towards their store. We can’t even walk close to the plaza without her protesting (both verbally and physically) to visit first! Nova also wants to add, Joe gives great massages! In addition, Kristen is very knowledgeable in pet nutrition and will spend time with each customer to understand their pets and recommend any helpful supplements/remedies to help our pets be healthy and strong. The meats they provide are also fresh and of great quality. Having to deal with our pup’s health problems we’ve had to change up her diet and be careful with what proteins we feed her. Compared to some other raw meats we’ve had, the ADR branded meats have been one of the best. Especially some of the more exotic meats. Prior to trying their meats we’ve experienced some pretty pungent smelling and/or pasty looking (unidentifiable) grinds. Go have a visit! You won’t regret it!

I can't say enough great things about ADR Pet Store! My dogs and I have been visiting since ADR have been around, and we absolutely love it. The family-owned atmosphere makes every visit feel special, and you can really tell they care about their customers and their pets. Kristin and Joe is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions we have. They offer a fantastic selection of food, toys, and supplies, and my dogs always get excited when we walk through the door. It's not just a shopping trip; it's an experience we look forward to every week. If you're looking for a pet store that truly cares about both you and your furry friends, look no further than ADR!

ADR is absolutely our favourite pet store in Markham. Kristin and Joe are both incredibly welcoming and friendly! You can tell that they are both passionate about what they do and truly care about their customers and their pets. They sell a variety of different raw foods, treats and supplements that are all high quality. There are a number of small businesses that sell their products at ADR too so it really is a one-stop shop for everything your fur baby might need. Our dog, Jasper, absolutely loves it here! He gets all the pets and treats every time we visit 💙
