Garbage store to be honest. There is no wait system. They tell their clients different things (some to wait in store and some can come back and still have their place). There is no proper system in place and customer service is very poor. In my time, two other clients got upset and left after waiting more than 1 hour and they took in other clients that just walked in. Those people walking in last minute were not even waiting outside in parking lot. Upon inquiring about it, it is clear they dont have a system and are unappreciative of their clients waiting in line. Either have a proper system in place or dont take more customers than you can service. Sorry i dont like to do business with those business that dont treat all clients equally

Went to get my brows done this place cause it was last minute and my saloon had no appointments available for that day i checked reviews for this place and decided to go and now i have cuts all over my eyebrows skin both side lady did my eyebrow didn’t do very good job i still have extra hair which she said cause i use plucker thats why but I never used plucker ever other saloon i use to go never told me that and have no cuts from there do my eyebrows really good proper shape no extra hair left. Bad experience ruined shape for my one eyebrow
