Best Logistics Group, Knoxville

Had some clown from this company in a commercial truck tailgate me all through Atlanta, please hire safe drivers.

Load 5682925 was double brokered by best logistics from scheneider, i arrive to the site and shipper didnt know what was happening, best logistics sent 2 trucks and we wait until 3pm and none of us we got loaded. They finish loading process by 3pm the shipping manager come to tell us this load was from scheneider brokerage and not best logistics. I ask mark if he can get me another load for tomorrow, he said yes. He sent rc and after 5min said load was cancel for tomorrow. I check with schneider and load was good to go , also i ask the shipping manager if they have 2 more wilmington for tomorrow and they said yes. So on my experience with this brokerage was terrible. I experience double brokerage and lies with them.
