Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

I absolutely love coming here because its my home away from home. The staff are so outgoing and attentive to any questions or concerns. The delicious fresh muffins danishes in the morning are my addiction! Also down to earth great kitchen staff. The rooms are always clean and pristine and the beds are very comfortable. The cleaning staff take their time to ensure the room is absolutely clean. My attendant Nusrat - really went out of her way and made sure everything was perfect for me. She was exceptionally helpful and had a wonderful personality This whole staff is becoming my family!!!! Thank you Monte Carlo OAKVILLE

An outstanding hotel manager who truly elevates the guest experience. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, they run the property with excellence and make every guest feel valued. This stay wouldn’t have been the same without his leadership.

I stayed for 3 nights. Safe please, and the housekeeping ladies are nice. HOWEVER, The hotel has serious cleanliness issue. The hotel front desk staff lacks customer satisfaction skills. Zero smile or willingness to make you happy. Care about business and money only. The toilets are dirty. Needs huge sanitization and detergents. The Elevator floor is always dirty. All pillows were thick and hard. No toothbrushes provided, No water, No slippers. The coffee maker can never be healthy to use. Molded and dirty inside. The restaurant lady was the best smile and welcoming ever.
