I can't speak highly enough about Chiro London Fulham - from the friendly, helpful receptionists to all the chiropractors, especially Jess. Jess helped me to realign, switch on inactive muscles and manage recovery and answer all my questions and help me to understand my body and training to a far greater extent. Other chiropractors were also very friendly and helpful when I changed dates or covered on a few extra days Jess wasn't working. Detailed notes are taken every session, ensuring consistent progress and building on what was learned previously. My marathons, 3 day events, hyrox, running, hiking and powerlifting will never be the same again... For the better.
