I was travelling westbound on Aspen Road just crossing the bridge going up the hill before Highway 20 it was approximately 415 on July 16 2025. I got a couple of rocks or something come flying off his truck. It hit my front of my jeep. I got the picture of the truck and the number when I pulled up beside him. I called Border Paying and talked to a lady. Her name is Bobbi. I explained what happened and she was very receptive. She told me to send her the information and gave me her email address to do so. She said that they would handle it. I sent the first email on July 18 at 7:50 pm...no response Again on July 21st and 22nd. Still nothing. I went on holidays and tried again on Aug 13 and again on Aug 15. Guess what? Still no response. It is so hard to believe that someone can be so nice on the phone and make you feel that they are a stand up organization. Then not even respond. The last couple email were also copied to their general mail box to make sure someone seen what happened. I think drivers and companies should be responsible for not cleaning off their trucks or if something falls off. I have pictures that I am going to attach. I just want people out there looking to do business with Border Paving to know who they are really dealing with. I would hate to see their warranty program. By the way the jeep was only 2 and a bit months old. Brand new.

Just drove past a truck from this company (on highway 2 in Red Deer) whose letters on their lisence plate are completely white from wear and their full load was not covered. The truck also cut in front of us and we are towing a camper. Not cool.

They are doing some paving across the street and have parked their crew truck partially blocking my driveway. Asked them to remove their truck from blocking my driveway and was told OK. We can move it. Highway traffic act says no parking within 5 feet from any driveway, back alley or roadway.
