I was a 5 star fan until today. They canceled my appointment in March, so I had to call back to reschedule. Something came up that day at work, so I called to cancel. I was told it would be $50. I was ok with that, no big deal. But in a day and a half I received 3 texts throughout the rest of the day that I owed $50 (no concern or attempt to reschedule), then the next day the phone call and message that I owe $50 set me off. It had not even been a full day and I was being harassed over $50. I was glad to pay it and be done there, but not glad to have to find another dentist. It's the principle, and if $50 is so important to sick their hound on me before 1 day has gone by, then so be it.

I have to say…the first second I walked in I felt so relaxed. The atmosphere was like I was walking into a spa. The staff I met were so friendly. I never felt rushed through the treatment, like the corporate owned dentist locations had me feeling.

Dr.Rhodes and her staff are incredible. I have trauma from my childhood with military dentists. They are warming and welcoming they explain everything and are extremely compassionate with their care.
